When attempting to book an order in the application or Import an Order via Order Import, the following message occurs:
(Note that order will still be imported but will be in an Entered and not Booked status)
Calling Book Order
BOOKING NOT ELIGIBLE
CHECK IF BOOKING IS DEFERRED
