In Order Movements, Editing Sshipunits Gives Different Values Depending On Preferences (Doc ID 555168.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.04, Find that Length Per Ship Unit on the Order Movement Ship Unit is multiplied by 100
when editing and saving a value in Metres

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the value does not change

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Order Movement from an Order Release by specifying the Length, Width and Height per
Ship unit on the Order Release
2. Edit the order movement and then edit the Ship Unit.
3. Set the Length as 0.8 M and save the ship unit.
4. Re-edit the ship unit and it shows as 800 M

Due to this issue, users are confused by the data and are concerned about wrong values being stored
