EAM Is Unable To Retrieve Data From Otl

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The process 'Retrieve Timecard Data from OTL to EAM' does not retrieve Enterprise Asset
Management (eAM) timecards. The process completes successfully but the log file of
the request contains the following errors.
Invalid Unit of Measure
After Resource Txn - (N,N)-> (Delete,Change)
FAILURE -- Building Block Processing Failed
SUCCESS -- Resource Transaction Completed Successfully
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new work order in Enterprise Asset Management, add operations, department, resource code and employee.
2. Release the work order
3. Navigate to self service responsibility and create a timecard to charge time
to the work order.
4. Approve the timecard.
5. Submit the 'Retrieve Timecard Data from OTL to EAM' concurrent request.
