Symptoms

Login into Oracle Applications (UAT)
Select the Responsibility “US DESKTOP INTEGRATOR”
Select Create a Document
Select “Excel 2003” from the drop down box and click on the next button.
Select “General Ledger – Journals” from the drop down box and click on the next button.
Select “Functional Actuals – Single” from the drop down box and click on the next button.
Select “None” from the drop down box and click on the next button.
Click on Create Document Button.
Then the following message is displayed:

HTTP 400 Bad Request

Changes

In this case, fully functional and working instance was cloned to another box.  No issues with clone process and the problem with WebADI was the only reported issue at the time.
