Symptoms
On 11.5.10 in Production:
When attempting to update the Additional Attribute value to a different value using the
HZ_EXTENSIBILITY_PUB.Process_Person_Record , the following error occurs.
ERROR
The newly updated value is not shown
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see the correct value changed
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Oracle Customers Online Superuser responsibility --> Customers --> Persons
2- Retrieve an existing person.
3- Click on the Profile menu on the left
4- Within the Profile screen, scroll down to the Additional Attributes section.
The values are not displaying correctly
