Goal
How does one see all the Install Base records for the location of an item?
The requirement is to do material recovery for Service Request item parent's lower levels while offline. In enterprise, a Service Request and Task is created for an item within an assembly. Then Mobile Field Service should be populated with all Install Base (IB) records for the location of the above item. However, not seeing parents full Install Base hierarchy when doing Material Recovery.
Profile option 'CSL: Number of IB Items at Location' is set to 40,000. This is more than sufficient to transfer all of a locations Install Base records.
