Symptoms

On 12.0.3 in Production:
When Issued material from Inventory to project and ran Project Cost Transfer/Cost Collection
Manager . The cost is not getting transferred to Project as it is giving the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create & Transact Move Order
2.check that the item is costed .
3. Run Project Cost Transfer/Cost Collection Manager .
4. Check material Transaction , Reason ,Reference Tab. Getting the error here in the Transferred
to Project Column.
