Symptoms

After killing a process related to an inter-organization transfer transaction, find that the destination organization has the receipt but there is no history in the source organization.

-- Expected Assistance
Ensure the transactions exist in both the source and destination organizations.

-- Expected Behavior
Expect transactions for the transfer to be visible in the source and destination organization.

-- Steps
Goto Inventory > transactions inter-organization transfer
Perform an inter-organization transfer.
The process stuck there for a long time.
Kill his process.
Look in the source organization for the transaction.
See no transaction for this shipment.
Look in the destination organization for the transaction.
See two lines to receive.
