Symptoms

When attempting to click the Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) field

ERROR
No field listener is registered to resolve field VNDR.VENDOR_NAME_MIR
referenced by the flexfield with application short name PO and name PO_VENDORS.
Please contact your system administrator.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Purchasing > Buyer Work Center > Supplier Tab > Organization Field.
2. Error appears.
