Fact: Navigate to Person/Assignment/Salary (Framework) Page.
Fact: Enter a new salary with an amount outside the employee's Grade Range.
Fact: Warning displays: Salary is not in Grade Salary Range
Question: Is there a supported way to turn the warning to error and prevent the user from saving
the salary?
