Goal
How does one freeze the price so price quoted is not changed except to add a delivery charge?
When the order line has field calculate price = "Freeze Price", Freight
charges are not being included on the invoice when freight costs are added to the delivery.
Order Management Interface (run after ship confirming) does not apply the freight charge
to the order line. Hence it is not added to the invoice.
Freight cost-to-charge modifier is setup correctly with a formula and application method = AMOUNT.
If your business wants to prorate the charge on the two lines, set profile option
OM: Charges for Backorders to 'Yes' and use the AMOUNT application method
(LUMPSUM won't work here as the LUMPSUM operand will apply the whole charge on both lines).
