Users are getting different session timeout settings from one login to the next.
Meaning that they can login one time and their session timeout maybe 15
minutes, then the next time they login they are getting a session timeout of
180 minutes.


The issue has always been there. The customer applied <patch 6218989> to production. No issues were found in test, however they have noticed the issue still existed in Production where there are more users.
