When trying to create lane with long location ID in Russian (actually it is still in the normal character size which is 101 character) the lane definition is not saving and the following error is shown:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too
small ORA-06512: at "GLOGOWNER.RRL", line 266 ORA-06512: at "GLOGOWNER.RRL", line 290 ORA-06512: at "GLOGOWNER.X_LANE_AIU", line 30 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Go to Transportation Planning and Execution > Power Data > Geography > Lane Definition
> New > Give it an ID and select "Location" for both source and destination > Click on "Lane Definitions"

Destination: ÃÃÃ ÃÃÃ ÃÃ ÃÃÃÃÃ ÃÃÃÃÃ
Then click Finish > Here you will get the error
