Slow Response When Pressing 'New Line Item' Button. (Doc ID 556247.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

When creating a new line item it takes a long time to open the screen to create the new Line Item.

 To replicate the issue:

1 - Navigate to: Order Management > Purchase Order > Order Base.

2 - Edit an existing Order Base or create a new Order Base.

3 - Go to the 'Line Item' tab.

4 - Click on the 'New Line Item' button.

Note: This is only an issue where there are many Ship Units / Items to be loaded.
