Transit times have been defined between Internal Organization in the Inventory Application. Transit times have also been created for Customer Locations in the same way, where the customer is another business organization.
Between SHIP_FROM Org to SHIP_TO Customer China Suzhou, the transit time is setup as 45 days by ship.
When an Internal Order gets created in PO Requisitions, the Need-By date is registered. Order gets imported into OM as an Internal order, using Sourcing Rule which uses the 45 day Transit time. However, the Internal Order gets the Scheduled Ship Date set using the same date as the Need-By date. This should have taken the requesting org's need-by date and subtracted the transit time from it, to arrive at the scheduled ship date.
