How to reprocess a Closed Chargeback Batch after Settlement? (Doc ID 557095.1)

Is it possible to amend a CLOSED chargeback batch (ie. after it has been processed and paid) ?

According to the Oracle Trade Management User Guide
(Part No. B40052-01), page 330:
'If there are errors or disputed lines in the claim, they can be corrected, and the chargeback transactions can be reprocessed. If they are reprocessed after settlement, then a new claim is created and the previous budget adjustments are adjusted and accounted accordingly.'

However, if the chargeback status is "Closed", the "Process" button disappears from the screen.
