Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
The agent action "ORDER RELEASE - MOD - EDIT SHIPMENT" is executed on an order that has been assigned to a shipment via "Move Order to Existing Shipment". The Order's has delivery windows that do not overlap, but are for different destinations, so can wait.

This agent action is causing the following exception:
