Symptoms
The following error occurs when trying to print reports,after the upgradation of 11.5.8 to 11.5.10.2
The first error received is as follows:
APP-FND-00500: AFPPRN received a return code of failure from routine FDUPRN. An error occurred
while AOL tried to spawn the print process
Cause: AFPPRN received a return code of failure from the OSD routine FDUPRN. An error occurred
while AOL tried to spawn the print process.
This error happens for any user trying to print any report

This is the second error that occurs on any report, any printer using this print style:
An error occurred in getting printer driver information from the database for printer type HP5M
and print style PORTRAITLASER
