Reference Numbers Removed When Accepting Data On Conditional Booking Screen

-- Problem Statement:

When using Conditional Booking and a RefNum is entered into the Conditional Booking screen, after clicking on "Set All Conditional Booking Fields and Equipments as Approved", the RefNum that was added is cleared.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Withdraw the shipment (if needed)
2- Secure resource the shipment. (do not forget to update the xml file with the i_transaction_no)
3- Upload the attached Conditional booking XML file.
4- View shipment and click on smartlinks > review conditional booking.
5- Go and click "review and update" > you will find no Refnums or remarks.
