Find that Keyword Search does not work in the Contract Repository Advanced Search.

Steps to reproduce

(R) Contract Workbench Administrator
1. Navigate to Advanced Search
2. Enter key word : 'P%'
No rows returned even though there is a contract with the key word starting "Professional"
