Recalc Estimated Stop Times Agent Action Does Not Work And The Log Shows The Error: Java.Lang.Classcastexception (Doc ID 558338.1)

Goal

An Agent has been created to trigger when a Sell Shipment is modified.  The Action taken by the Agent is set to: RECALC ESTIMATED STOP TIMES

When the agent is run the Sell Shipment stop times are not recalculated and the log file contains the following:

Why did the agent not recalculate the stop times and why is this error displayed in the logs?
