Symptoms

Running the program - Generate Ledger Flexfield, the following error occurs:

ERROR
ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.FND_ID_FLEX_SEGMENTS_U2) violated". Impact is creation of either new or update or existing FSG rowsets, or when running related concurrent requests results in following error: APP-FND-01016
