FORM:CSXSRISR.FMB - Create Service Requests


Symptoms

When attempting to create a Service Request for an Organization or query an existing Service Request the following error occurs:

ERROR HZ_API_NULL_PARAMETER_RECEIVED

There could be no additional error message text or you can see a message like the following:

Error : HZ_API_NULL_PARAMETER_RECEIVED (PROC=Get_Time)
(P_SOURCE_TZ_ID=)(P_DEST_TZ_ID=1)
(P_SOURCE_DAY_TIME=09-AUG-11) 

where either P_SOURCE_ID equals nothing or P_DEST_TZ_ID equals nothing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

SCENARIO#1:
1. Responsibility: Customer Support (11i) or Service (R12).
2. Navigation: Create Service Request form > query an Organization
3. Complete all the mandatory fields.
4. When try to save, the reported error is displayed and the SR is not created.

SCENARIO#2:
1. Responsibility: Customer Support (11i) or Service (R12).
2. Navigation: Find Service Request form > Query an existing Service Request
3. When the SR is about to open, the error occurs
