Symptoms

Receive "Failed to Create Picking Suggestions" when trying to allocate a Lot Controlled item from Transact Move Order form. The item is setup as Lot Indivisible.

Lots are reserved against a Sales Order and Pick Released the line with auto allocate NO with Prior reservations checked.

The System splits the Lots.

The log files shows the following:
