Customer Form, Address Issue: Address Elements are not Displayed in the Same Order for All Countries (Doc ID 559182.1)

Symptoms

When viewing a customer who has addresses in different countries, noted that the elements of the address are not displayed in the same order.

To illustrate, take the following 3 Countries:
