iStore - Error messages from Order Management: A Request Date Is Required On The Line To Perform Scheduling

-- Problem Statement:
When attempting to place an order in iStore the following error message is received . However
when the same shopping cart is visible in eBusiness Center the shopping cart can be converted into
an order through the Quoting application without any error occuring
"Error messages from Order Management.
Error in line 1.0 : A request date is required on the line to perform scheduling. There is an
error in Order Submission"
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login: User name and password
2. add items to the cart
3. click on checkout process
4. continue checkout
5,click on place order button
6. Error Occurs
-- Business Impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use iStore at all as no orders can be submitted
