How to use project opportunities and project requests from Oracle Sales (ASN)?

In the Projects Fundamentals manual it states that integration with ASN is a possibility, specifically to create a Project Request from a Sales Opportunity.

### Steps to Reproduce ###

Login using Sales User responsibility, create a new Opportunity from the Dashboard. Try to enter a project but no project related fields available.
