Candidates Keyword Search Function is Not Working in iRecruitment (Doc ID 559845.1)

Symptoms

Find that no jobs are returned when a candidate is searching for available jobs by using keywords in Available Jobs search.


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: iRecruitment External Candidate or iRecruitment Employee Candidate
2. Navigation: Jobs tab - Available Jobs tab
3. Type in keywords from available job in Keywords field
4. Press Go button
5. No jobs are returned
