Ship-To Contact Does Not Default To Child Lines From Parent Line for PTO Kit (Doc ID 559945.1)

How does one cascade 'ship to contact' changes made in the parent line to the child line for a PTO kit?

1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Created a new order with PTO kit
3. Updated the line with a new Ship-to Contact PRIOR to booking
4. Book the order
5. PTO explodes and only the top kit line (not child lines) have the updated Ship-to contact.
Child lines have the ship-to contact that is defaulted from the order header.
