R12: Oracle iStore Preview Product in Admin Catalog Error: "java.lang.NullPointerException at oracle.apps.ibe.catalog.Item.load" (Doc ID 560015.1)

Symptoms

In the catalog --> Sections, when you go to the last Navigation subsection and click on Products, and when the products come up that have been added select the item by the Product Name and then select Preview the following error occurs:

Steps To Reproduce

1. login as iStore admin
2. In the catalog --> Sections go to the last Navigation subsection
3. Click on Products, and when the products come up that have been added select the item by the
   Product Name
4. Then select Preview
