Symptoms

 Problem Statement:

On running Publish Performance Management Plan Concurrent Request for a Plan, choosing
Reverse Mode as 'Yes' the process is deleting all appraisals from per_appraisals table, even when the appraisals belong to a different Plan.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. HRMS Manager > Career Management > Performance Management Plan
  2. Create Plan 1 with Appraisals
  3. Log in as Employee > Employee Self-Service > Talent Management > Task > Appraisee
  4. HRMS Manager > Career Management > Performance Management Plan
  5. Create Plan 2 with Appraisals
  6. Log in as Employee > Employee Self-Service > Talent Management > Task > Appraisee
  7. HRMS Manager> Submit Request > Publish Performance Management Plan>
  8. Parameters:  Plan Name, Reverse Mode 'Yes'
