Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Orders sent in via integration are taking longer than expected to process. OMD threads, in the EventDiagServlet, show a processing time of up to 10 minutes and explain plans on standard queries, inserts and updates on the OB_SU_RELEASE_INSTRUCTION table using OB_SU_RELEASE_INSTR_GID as a qualifier show a full table scan is being done.
