Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Production:
When attempting to review the HZ_PARAM_TAB table , the following problem occurs.

PROBLEM
The table has millions of records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to have a low number of records.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to SQL
2. Review the amount of records
