Signal 11 Error When Submitting Advanced Benefits (OAB) 'Reconciliation of Premium Contributions to Element Entries Report' (Doc ID 560567.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 in Production:

When attempting to run the concurrent request 'Reconciliation of Premium Contributions to Element Entries Report', the process completes in error with the following:

Program was terminated by signal 11
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request 2309307.


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
3. Select the request Reconciliation of Premium Contributions to Element Entries Report and Submit. The request completes unsuccessfully and the error is seen on the log file.
