Deposit Advice is not suppressed for Quick Pay even though Self Service Preference for Person is set to No for Paper payslip and Archive Deposit Advice is used.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Set Self Service Preference for Person to No for Paper payslip. Run Quick pay for employee, prepayments, archive, NACHA, and Deposit Advice. Deposit Advice should not be produced for the employee but is

-- Business Impact:
The customer does not have the time to sort through the deposit advices that are printed to determine who should receive one and who should not.
