Symptoms

On R12 When running doing a retirement, gain/loss completes in error

ERROR
At beginning of Calculate Gain/Loss program
Request ID: 343764
ORA-01403: no data found
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_UPD_PKG.farboe returned failure
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_UPD_PKG.fagpdp returned failure
User-Defined Exception
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_UPD_PKG.fagpdp returned failure
FAGPDP: Fail to insert Depreciation adjustments for asset 11313

Cause: You have a database problem.

Action: Contact your system administrator.

Error: function fa_gainloss_ret_pkg.fagret returned failure
FAGRET: Fail to retire asset 11313

Cause: You have a database problem.

Action: Contact your system administrator.

Error: function fa_gainloss_pro_pkg.fagpsa returned failure
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_PKG.do_calc_gainloss_asset returned failure
Retirement ID: 3020 Asset Number: 11313 --> ** Failed **
The Asset Id is 11313
Number of successes: 0
Number of failures: 1
Module Calculate Gain/Loss ended with error

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add an assets in Assets System with the DPIS of previous periods.
2. Do a partial retirement with the retirement date as the DPIS date
3. Run Caculate Gain/Loss Request
