EXECUTABLE:RVCTP - Receiving Transaction Processor
Symptoms
When receiving Purchase Orders coming from EAM for description based direct items and Shop Floor destination
1) RVCTP LOG shows
RVCTP module: Receiving Transaction Processor

RVTOO-010: Subroutine rvtooperation() returned error.
Cause: Subroutine rvtooperation() returned an internal error.
Returned error message is: FND
2) For the Purchase Order, Output of RCV11i script from <Note 402245.1> shows Record is stuck in rcv_transactions_interface table with:
TRANSACTION_TYPE=RECEIVE
ITEM_ID= null
DESTINATION_TYPE_CODE=SHOP FLOOR
There are 2 error messages in po_interface errors table:
Error Message Unit of measure conversion from Shipment unit of measure to primary unit
and
Error Message "RVTOO-010: Subroutine rvtooperation() returned error.
