-- Problem Statement:
When attempting to submit authorization requests using SSL protocl for the Payment System Base URL, the process does not complete and ends up in timeout, page not found error or an SSL handshake exception.
Usually, the last step seen in debug log is "phase 3: writing POST body".
Authorizations are successful when an non-SSL URL is used for the Payment System URL.
The issue occurs when the IBY: ECAPP URL is configured on standard HTTP while the Payment System Base URL is running on a different node and available only through SSL.
