Goal

Attempted to create a custom integrator for HR to upload data to the system.
After the successful creation of the integrator, and at the point of upload of data received the following error:

ERROR:
"FND CONC-SINGLE PENDING REQUEST N PROGRAM ARHDQMSS : Only one pending Concurrent Request is allowed for ARHDQMSS at any given time."
