Affacts all Agents
An agent execution continues normally instead of going into the error handling part when an error occurs.
This is only happening sporadically.
1. An agent triggered on shipment creation is configured.
2. The first action is an insert (so a primary key error is thrown when several instances of the agent execute at the same time).
3. A range of orders gets bulk planned.
Most of the time when an error occurs, the agent goes into the error handler but sometimes the
execution goes on normally.
