Customer Form, Party Search Issue: Cannot Run a Simple Search On Party Number With Wildcard % (Doc ID 562696.1)

Symptoms

Unable to run a search using a partial Party Number and the Wildcard %.

Steps to Reproduce

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers

  1. In Simple Search, run a query on Registry ID by providing a partial value, for example: EE01187%
  2. No Results are returned
  3. Run the same query this time with the full value, for example: EE011871
  4. Results are returned
