Symptoms
Assigning a username to a Resource is a requirement from Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Release 11.5.10 for accessing the OIC reports, but when selecting a Resource and try to assign a username to a Resource, the list of values (LOV) for the User Name field is empty and users are unable to assign the username to Resource. This is occur to some Resources, not all.
This can be reproduced with the following steps:
- (R) CRM Resource Manager
- (N) Maintain Resources
- Resources
- Query the desired Resource
- Select Resource Details button
- Confirm that the category is Employee
- If the User Name field is blank click on LOV and notice that it is empty
