XXNOET05.sql - Formaterer Telepay XXNO

Symptoms

When attempting to format a payment batch with NOEX Telepay , Formaterer Telepay XXNO,
(XXNOET05.sql) the process takes approx 3 hours

They create the batch for about 20000 invoices

The process does not produce a error in the log file and the EFT file gets created OK but it takes
too long time

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import invoices
2.Create a Payment batch , select and build and print preliminary payment registry
3. Format the batch with NOEX Telepay
The process takes more than 3 hours
