Goal
This document describes how to use the Contact List window.
Using this window, you can make inquiries about contact information maintained
in the Oracle Human Resources Management System.
You can also select fields in the displayed contact information to sort it in the order you want.
For example, you can create a contact list sorted by dates of birth.
Since the system saves the contents of the inquiries and the format of the fields as a folder,
you can re-execute inquiries whenever you want.
Any user can use this folder or save it as a private folder.
This window also allows to jump to
"Social Insurance and Income Tax on Dependent Information" window
to view information on social insurance, income tax, and other contact details used for JP legislation
by selecting "SI, Income Tax on ..." button located in the bottom of the window.
