Label Printing Sometimes Does Not Print All Labels When using 'Synchronous TCP/IP' mode

This document includes all versions of Oracle EBS 11i and R12
In the case of multiple labels the printer is sometimes not printing all the labels. This has been reported to occur in as many as 5 labels being printed.
1. Navigate to the manual label request page in mobile and request the 'Shipping Content' label.
2. Provide the delivery ID and LPN detail.
3. Make sure you choose the printer that is configured for printing via TCP/IP.
