iSupport - Service Request: 'Updated By' Column Not Showing The Expected Values (Doc ID 564666.1)

Goal

In Service Requests created in iSupport, the 'Updated By' column does not show the values consistently:

For Responsibilities linked to IBU_REG_USER users, the column shows the analyst name, as expected.
However, for Responsibilities linked to IBU_EMPLOYEE users, the column shows the value assigned to
the Profile 'Oracle iSupport: Name of the Service Organization' (IBU_SERVICE_PROVIDER_NAME).
