XLAACCUP module: Accounting Program
Symptoms
When running the Create Accounting for a subledger, the following error occurs:

An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_accounting_pkg.complete_entries. Technical problem : Problem encountered in sequencing POPULATE_ACCT_SEQ_INFO.
ORA-20001: An active sequence assignment is required, but cannot be found. Please correct the assignments of this sequencing context: &SEQ_CONTEXT_NAME.

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Log into Subledger responsibility
2. Enter Transaction and run create accounting program
