Symptoms
Case folders are erroring with the following in workflow:
Error: Gather Data Points.
AR_CMGT_WF_ENGINE.GATHER_DATA_POINTS. ORA-01422 or ORA-01403
The errors may vary depending on the pl/sql that is being executed and failing. The error in this case can be tracked back to an Additional Data point that is being executed, even though it may not be part of a checklist for that particular case folder.
