R12: Stopping OPMN Managed J2EE Processes Results In Timeout

12.0.4 with iAS 10.1.3.3 and JDK 1.6
This issue is port specific to IBM AIX platforms and occurs when the instance is upgraded to run JDK 1.6
Symptoms
When attempting to stop middle-tier components via adstpall.sh the following error occurs:
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As applmgr cd to $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME
2. Run command ./adstpall.sh apps/<pwd>
3. OPMN managed processes such as forms, oafm and oacore will display a time out error
Note: This issue ONLY happens when stopping processes, it does not happen when the processes are started. The issue only affects OPMN managed processes such as forms, oafm and oacore
