Symptoms
On 12.0.4, when attempting to either:
a) create a quote template, or
b) create a quote or quote line from HTML Quoting.
the following error occurs:
ERROR
Message not found. Application: ASO, Message Name: ASO_OA_ROSETTA_CALL_ERROR. Tokens: APINAME = AsoQuotePub.createQuote;
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Quoting Sales Manager>Setup>Template Administrator, or
2. Quoting Sales Manager > Create Quote.
